European Patient Conference March 21, 2026 --FREE
If you live outside the United States, this bronchiectasis conference sponsored by the European Lung Foundation was made for you‼️
To our dear overseas Bronchi-family… get ready for one of the best conferences of the year‼️
📅 Saturday, March 21, 2026
🕙 10:00 to 16:00 CET
📍 Online and FREE to attend
I know there have been several bronchiectasis webinars held in the United States that were not always convenient for those of you living in other parts of the world.
This upcoming conference, however, is one you will definitely want to sign up for. One thing I absolutely love about it is that translation services will be available, so hopefully you will be able to listen in your own language.

Enjoy,
Linda Esposito

As far as I can figure it out, it would start at 4 AM in Arizona. I try not to be up that early. Am I wrong? Thank you. Roz
yes, very early. If you sign up, you’ll get the link. And of course, I’ll post it as well.

1 ReactionThank you for posting this Linda. I may get up that early! I, too, live in AZ. I am especially interested in the pseudomonas discussion and am wondering about alternative/adjusted dosing including # of days for people over 80.
Different dosing for pseudomonas was discussed on this podcast by Dr. Swenson and Dr. Drummond https://ntmtalk.buzzsprout.com/1357462/episodes/18662016-inhaled-antibiotics-for-bacterial-infections.
Warm regards,
Linda

1 ReactionHi, Linda - having slept until 7:30 am two days in a row and needing to do so because coughing during the night woke me up, I realized I need the sleep. Is the conference going to be available afterwards via streaming eg on YouTube?
Yes!! Rest up, Linda💙🩵
Thanks for sharing this. I missed the beginning, but caught quite several sessions and they were great. Really appreciated the travel doc.

1 Reaction@desertdwellerjh This caught my eye. "having slept until 7:30 am two days in a row and needing to do so because coughing during the night woke me up:
I wake up several times in the night, however, it appears for me I wake up because my bladder is talking and I have to walk down the hall to relieve the urge.
BUT...after waking due to what wants to be cleared from the throat....I'm up about ten minutes or more doing whatever I need to do...to bring the phlegm/mucus up and out until I feel it is "all calm" enough to try and go back to sleep. Because of that I will sleep as long as I can to try and get 7 hours of sleep. That can mean, if I was able to fall back to sleep, I will often be in bed for 8/9 hours to get that 7 hours of sleep.
It appears it is different with you..
Question: What does it feel like that you say "because coughing during the night woke me up."
