I flew to South America eight weeks after having brachytherapy and five weeks of IMRT. At the time of travel, I was five months into Orgovyx therapy too. Like you, I was concerned about my ability to travel. And, during treatment, wondered if I'd have to eat the trip costs (everything had been paid for). I'm glad that I didn't cancel my trip. Sure, I was a little more draggy, had hot flashes, and had to pee more frequently than usual, but the side effects of treatment weren't a deal breaker. I repeated the same itinerary this year, and admittedly, it was a hell of a lot easier. I'm glad that I went last year though. One thing for sure, you can't buy your life back.
