Mouth wrinkles from cpap air flow
Does anyone have a solution for preventing mouth wrinkles from heavy airflow causing the cheeks to puff out while sleeping? My cpap has really aged my face!

A couple of ideas, but they require determination and time...and practice. Repeated, conscientious practice.
a. Learn to keep the back of your tongue, or the back 'half' of your tongue nearest your pharynx, up tight against the roof of your throat and mouth. It's not really natural, and will take repeated and conscientious focus and practice. Eventually, it will feel natural and you will even do it in your sleep: and
b. To help, purchase and use a chin strap or an over-the-mouth chin strap available online in Australia. I forget the details, but if you do some sleuthing, your browser should land on it eventually. By keeping your jaw closed, it will mean the tongue has less struggle to cling to the roof of your mouth and forward throat. I'll see if I can provide a link...might be a day or two...

One other, probably not doable, possibility: could you get by with less inspiration and expiration pressure? What is your monthly AHI stat?
