What suggestion to help me? When I stand my oxygen levels will drop

Is your POC a pulse device? I am on 4L of continuous oxygen when on my stationary concentrator. When I walk with my portable, I need to set it at a 6 pulse setting to get enough oxygen.

@jlk12 I am on 24/7 oxygen at 4 ltrs.. I wish to know what portable you use that delivers 4 ltrs. I had a portable.. I had to return it... No portable can deliver enough oxygen for me... I can use it sitting.. But if i walk , the portable cannot keep up. Settings on a portable do not relate to ltrs - They are just settings up or down.. They are decieving. @jlk12 same here. I am also on 4L continuous but with my POC, I set it on pulse at 6.
