Too bad you weren’t able to ask about that here. I had the same problem at night without the fungus issue. I was able to completely resolve it with the Embrlabs.com wave2 device. There are also a number of drugs that will stop the hot flashes. At first I was on depo-provera And it worked great until I started taking Zytiga.

The hot flashes were the least of my problems. The cold sweats were really bad as they were 24 hours/day. Most of this is now gone after 11 months since the last Lupron 3 month shot.
