Some research of Long COVID and neurocognitive issues

Well that was depressing, sigh. But maybe it points out that the condition is physical and not behavioral oriented. Which is less depressing!
"The RECOVER-NEURO trial found that, while safe, three non-drug interventions (online cognitive training, cognitive-behavioral rehabilitation, and tDCS) did not significantly outperform control groups in improving Long COVID cognitive symptoms. Although all study arms reported modest, general improvements in cognition, sleep, and fatigue, no unique clinical benefit was demonstrated for the active treatments over the 10-week period. Diver down,
That was a lot.
With my cognitive issues it was hard to take all of that in.
If I understood this right, there was not a lot of success with these trials.
How did you even get all this info?
