Arthritis and autoimmune diseases

Does anyone know if anything can help extremely swollen knuckles from arthritis and autoimmune disorders and discoloration of joints from autoimmune diseases?

I have multiple autoimmune deficiencies.
I never feel good. How do I cope and have a normal life when my body fights against me every step of the way.

@aadufre I know how you feel but keep searching for a new pain doctor. My counselor (which you need also) referred us to a chronic pain and EDS doctor (M.D.). He started me on Naltrexone which helps so much by decreasing pain so I can do pt. Take care.
