I was concerned about dosage and made a special appt with my GYN to see but she said from what she knew there was no way to overdose -- but I was not convinced. She said "Knock yourself out". Seemed sarcastic. So I use life extension's 25 mg 1 cap a day over the counter.

@sjs1 What is with these doctors? So disrespectful.
Having been a midwife, when I run across doctors like this, I know that disrespect = incompetent. I run from those doctors.

May I ask how old you are, how long you have been taking DHEA and if you have had any side effects or positive effects? Have you ever had your DHEA tested?
