@johnbishop Thank you for your kind words, John. I have recently been diagnosed with kyphosis, a curvature of the spine that forces my head forward. I'm now scheduled for an evaluation by a team of physiotherapists that train people using Schroth therapy. I'm unsure about what is involved but the treatment uses exercises, possible bracing and in severe cases surgery. If you haven't heard of this type of therapy it might be worth investigating. I'm also in my 80's.

@heidibgw Thank you for the information. I have heard about kyphosis but not the specific therapy. Hope you can give a follow up after having the therapy to see how it goes.
