Weird voices in my head?
I've tried to look this up and nothing seems to describe the sensation, so I'm wondering if anyone else gets this too? Basically I get a sudden crowd of indistinct overlapping voices in my head, gradually increasing in volume/intensity alongside this feeling of pressure in my head, until it "snaps" and disappears. All of this happens in the span of half a second or so. It happens when I'm sleep deprived especially. Is this alarming? Does anyone else relate?

Half a second? Probably ok. Regular sleep habits are very important to all organs. Read a manual on what not to in the evening-and what to do

4 ReactionsOur minds can play tricks on us when we are sleep deprived. It sounds like you’re experiencing auditory hallucinations? If these only occur when you’re lacking sleep you have an obvious answer. If they are occurring at times other than sleep deprivation you need your symptoms evaluated. I’d start with a neurologist to rule out any abnormalities of the brain first. This doctor will hopefully refer you onto another if the assessment finds nothing abnormal.
