Can you use a stationary bike? I have vertigo issues, and can no longer ride a bicycle, I am considering either a standard or recumbent three-wheeler, is that possible for you?

Specializes PT's are usually very clever about figuring out what we CAN do, so here's hoping yours goes well.

@sueinmn Thanks. The FND is rather dangerous of course. It has also given me double vision…
Several months ago my doctor at Banner sent me for physical therapy, and occupational therapy.
Neither one knew what to do with me. The best advice I got from the occupational therapist was to buy a long handle shower back brush.
I already had everything covered ie. shower chair, grab bars, a reacher, 3 canes and 2 walkers. So, the back brush was next, I guess.
Bending down to pick something up can land me on the floor. The brush is supposed to help me wash my legs and feet, lol.

I don’t know about a bike. I’m afraid I would fall out of a chair if I tried chair “yoga”.

Thank goodness I have hobbies I can enjoy.
