I saw the Pulmonologist today at Mayo Phoenix
He said everything looks fine. I told him that I am frustrated. He is going to have me go through Pulmonary Physical Therapy.
I explained that I really have trouble breathing when I am in pain, and having to be physically active. That’s when I really feel it.

He didn’t say anything about the fact that I need to lose weight. I know that will help. I have Functional Neurological Disorder FND. It prevents me from walking straight and falling over, I’ve fallen out of a chair, and my bed.

We shall see how this PT goes

@SusanEllen66 Wow, like you need another challenge to movement along with your lung issues!😬

Can you use a stationary bike? I have vertigo issues, and can no longer ride a bicycle, I am considering either a standard or recumbent three-wheeler, is that possible for you?

Specializes PT's are usually very clever about figuring out what we CAN do, so here's hoping yours goes well.
