Have you been told no to hrt if you are 10+ years post menopause?

My Gyn says i could get a stroke if I start with bio identical hormones late after menopause. I have high blood pressure. The alternative preventive doctor I see wants me on them at age 75. I decided to take DHEA instead. Too risky.

@sjs1 Where do you get your DHEA? Is it a prescription or supplement?
