@lezzzlie sorry for my delayed reply. Nowadays I use cyclosporine and it is very succesful for me. Pain is gone. Took a few weeks to kick in I remember. (Using it for a while now). Drop in the eyes before sleep.

The blepharites is also gone, I believe as a side solution for the ointment I use - American brandname is GenTeal Tears Nighttime Ointment.
After the Cyclosporine I wait about 10 minutes, then I use the ointment ans also rub some on my eyelids.

During the day I sometimes still use normal OTC eyedrops for dry eyes, but hardly need to do this anymore. Maybe two, three times per day.
