Anyone have a similar condition and found remedies for the numbness?

Have you discussed with a neurologist about your tavlov cyst? Did they give you any suggestions or recommendations?

@panda2ac: sorry, I don’t have a neurologist yet. Until I read your symptoms being so similar to mine, I thought it was just another change of “feeling” in my feet/ankle. Neuropathy is said to be a progressive disease with no cure and random individual severity of symptoms.
I have had previous chronic lower back pain issues (last was sciatica), but I lost about 10 pounds, increased my exercise and therefor-to have had no back pain- so I didn’t pursue the Tarlov cyst on my lower spine revelation by MRI.
I am anxious to hear about your upcoming specialist evaluation of your condition. Good Luck!
