@tdoriausername I practiced dentistry for many years so I am familiar with many of the medical and scientific terms.
Whatever knowledge I have about PCa is from having BPH (green light laser) Prostate cancer (RARP), bladder cancer (surgery /BCG), recurrent prostate cancer (ADT/SRT)…so far, that is…
And let’s not forget this forum, whose many members have endured much more than I have and are generous and gracious enough to share their knowledge, experience and advice. Thank you, ALL!!

3 Reactions@beaquilter What was the outcome? What is his condition at this time? Do you think the I&F helped at all?
@tdoriausername I really don't know if it helped, he did so many things at that time and started ADT and then chemo over the summer so the new scan 6 months later showed great improvement! People and the doctor tells him he looks great (apart from the cancer) he doesn't look or act sick at all.
He tried some I and F again in December and liver tests and bilirubin started rising again so he quit.
He's drinking dandelion tea and other teas and exercises with mostly weight lifting and eats pretty perfect! He was low carbs for several months and has always stayed away from most sugar, but had a slice of pie when it was my birthday last week.

1 ReactionHi, I am Dave....and I have prostate cancer (again) and in my seminal vessel. I wondered if any one has had any experience with the above drugs. Thank you.
@davidrhunt45, welcome. I'm sorry to hear that prostate cancer has returned. That must be so discouraging and lead you to explore alternative options.
I moved your question about ivermectin and fengendazole to this existing discussion. I strongly recommend that you read it from the beginning.

This is what Mayo Clinic experts would like you to know:
- Mayo Clinic on use of ivermectin or other dewormers to treat cancer https://connect.mayoclinic.org/blog/about-connect/newsfeed-post/mayo-clinic-on-use-of-ivermectin-or-other-dewormers-to-treat-cancer/
Important
It is NOT safe to take ivermectin used in veterinary medicine. Please talk to your doctor before taking any over-the-counter medications or supplements that claim to fight or cure cancer.
May I ask where you have heard about fenbendazole and ivermectin for treatment of cancer? Was this suggested by your oncologist or something you read about?

2 Reactions@davidrhunt45 If you have PCa in your seminal vesicles you have a more aggressive case.
You need proven medical treatment, not an internet snake-oil cure all. Also, Ivermectin can seriously damage your liver.

4 ReactionsSo, here is my story: went to the ICU Aug 2025 with a DVT-UE...3 days there, left with Eliquis and a PSA of 66.
Digital exam, hard lump early Sept of 2025. Biopsy Sept 22, 14 cores, 14 positive, Gleason 8(4+4). Advanced and aggressive. Posluma petscan Oct 26, Stage 4 low vol met pc. pelvic lymph glands, renal indications. PSA 65. Testosterone :290. Oncologist told me I would hate ADT. Radiation Dr did not tell me anything about the possible side effects of radiation. He said take ADT and come back in three months for 28 treatments after a second pet scan. Urologist said come see him in 6 months. So.....I started reading everything I could about anything pc related....
Started supplements (herbs, vitamins, etc) and...fenbendazole, 222mg, 3 days on 4 days off. PSA Nov 26: 58 testosterone: 334. December, PSA: 50.2 testosterone: 430. Going back to the Oncologist Feb 16, asking for another petscan to see where the cancer is. Now, do I think Fenben is responsible for the decrease in PSA? Hard telling since I am taking supplements and a PSA of 50.2 is still high. I will decide if I will continue taking it after my Feb appt. I am still considering ADT, but it will be in pill form so I can quit if the side effects are intolerable. Probably wont have radiation. As a side note I went from medicare advantage to trad medicare with a medigap, plan G+, 2950 deductable, 79 @ month premium and a PDP, 2100 max out of pocket 42@ month premium. so as to have a concrete number for out of pocket medical expenses and the ability to see any doctor.
On the bright side this has changed my life, for the better, believe it or not, I am grateful for everyday, the sun is brighter, the days are longer. Not quitting but not fighting too hard either...life has been good to me so far! My advice? Take care of your final expenses...lol....Thanks for reading and I welcome any comments or opinions.
Doctors use a “standard of care” to treat prostate cancer. This “ standard of care “ includes using ADT, androgen deprivation therapy which is degenerative to men. This “therapy” has been bused 85 years. Pharmaceutical companies are constantly developing drugs to chemically castrate men. The outcome is always degenerative to men. Cutting off testosterone does in most cases lower a mans PSA.
Is anyone taking Ivomectin Peben drugs for cancer? If so have you benefited from taking them?
Ivermectin has not been proven to be a beneficial treatment for prostate cancer. There have been some studies done with lab equipment and mice, Nothing to show it makes a difference.
It is a drug for large animals, not humans.
