Does anyone experience all over body aches from taking Lyrica?

@sbelur Interesting. Since I don't remember exactly how my body felt before Lyrica, I would need to withdraw and determine if it is the medication. It was prescribed for sensory polyneuropathy. What to do! lol

@hotrod83 this is quiet river . she was using Blue emu but for the whole body that isn't cost effective. Her The whole body ackes , My wife has rumatoid Aurthertis and she came to me saying my whole body aches what do you suggest. I use life wave photo light technologe using Acupressure pressure points. So I put life wave Ice patches patahes that I use for pain relief on her arms and legs and the pain was gone. The problem was they say use for 8 hours only and these patches are expensive I replaced them 24 hours later and the pain was still gone. then a big drop in Atmostferic pressure that always caused something to cause pain and she says the Blue emue worked better at that point.. I have been using Life Wave patches them for about 11 years now and became a dristirutor four years ago. There is patches. for everything almost. including cleaning your blood of metals. I do not advertised on this site as I perfer to use only natural nealing that are proven to work. Some people have told me they the patches didn't work for them But the next time they work within 30 seconds. didn't work for them. So I find they are like all natural healing products. Unless you try them you don't know what one is really going to work for you. I'm not w doctor or conected to anyone in the medical field. So I can only tell you what worked for me and those I have helped over the years.

I take gabapentin for peripheral neuropathy in both legs. It is severe pins and needles. Gaba gives me enough of a break so I can be productive or social. After a couple of months of taking gabapentin off/on for almost two years, I quit taking it because I felt like my muscle and bones hurt. I recently got blood work back. My vitamin D is low. It was the last time 8 months ago. I have been trying to improve vitamin D naturally and I live in Florida too so I thought I could manage. I am now adding gummies with vitamin D. I looked up what could create vitamin D deficiency. Medications for epilepsy can do this. Both Lyrica and Gabapentin are epilepsy medication. Vitamin D keeps bones and muscles in good health. This maybe why it makes me feel this way. Do you know what your vitamin D levels are?

@humblyhoping Your reply is very interesting. According to blood work done in January, 2026 my vitamin D levels are in the normal range. I will definitely speak to my doctor about this. Thank you.
