Vitamin B complex
I've been doing some reading that B complex helps in alleviating peripheral neuropathy symptoms. Has anyone had any success with this? Thank you.

I don't feel like it's progressing fast, so I think it must be helping. Too much B6 can cause neuropathy problems and he encourages a B12 shot once a week or month but I do not do that.
My B6 level at last check was down to 49 so will continue taking B's separately. I will take a look at the Nervitalize though, thank you.

1 ReactionSounds like the medication called Metanx, which worked for me for quite some time. Now, I'm just starting to use a Ketamine(10)/Lidocaine(5)/Tertrcaine(.75%) spray because my feet burn terribly at night, under the direction of a Pain Management doctor. The spray has been helpful, so I hope that the reduction in burning pain continues to work.
I do not take a B-Complex, I take B2, B3, B5 and B12 supplements (No B6).

3 Reactions@kathybohrer I just started Vitamin B Complex , ALP and going well.
I was on Amitriptyline it works but to much brain fog. Didn’t like the feeling.
Get B100’s. It contains all the B vitamins at 100% . It’s not cheap. Around $28 at Walgreens. Norco is not working anymore after 7 years. I see my pain specialist in a month. I will ask about something stronger. I hate taking these pills after 2 failed spine surgeries.
Yes it does help.
Along with ALP . I got off the Ampatriptayln. For 3 weeks now
