How do you do a parasite cleansing and is it worth it?

Posted by rainerhans @rainerhans, Feb 20 7:46am

I am reading so much about how people want to get rid of parasites, special in their intestines.
Is it really worth doing it, how often and is there a natural way to do it without side effects?
Thank you

Parasite cleanses are an unproven alternative approach to medicine. Alternative and complementary medicine approaches can be very helpful in managing our health, but cleanses and detoxes for various issues are among the most controversial, and are not backed by scientific evidence through rigorous research studies. They involve dietary changes and a variety of supplements. The cleanses often cause diarrhea (sometimes severe) and may interact with medications you are taking. These two reliable sites talk about parasite cleanses:

If you have symptoms of a parasite infestation, your doctor can test you and prescribe the correct treatment for the specific one they identify.
