@vlbondon Thank you for your advice. I now have had a shingles outbreak. The doctor said it was not surprising since Im already immunosuppressed from the EBV. I was hoping the valacyclovir, for the shingles would help or slow the EBV, but it does not seem to be helping for the EBV. I’m just taking one day at a time. I’m trying to get over this..

@d3wilson I have been diagnosed with caebv for 11 years. Antivirals don't help. I've also had shingles four times in my life. The best treatment is literally eliminating all stress! I am also a nurse. You should also get vaccinated for shingles.
