do any of the advertised vitamins work, or are they a scam?

I know with certainty that my pains are much improved every time I go on a low carb diet. I eat meats, eggs, some cheese, fish and fresh fruits and veggies, And yes ... soon as I fall off and stop eating low carb and go to eating sugars , pain is back. I wish I had an answer why I cannot stop , maybe there is something to "sugar addiction"

@heartnurseva can you share the dosages? I have both but don't want to exacerbate the diarrhea. Thanks.

All one can do is try! I do not know what a Berners-Lee is but I can't walk a great deal as my hips and knees don't cooperate. I do believe red meats are a better source of iron than vegetables.
I wish I could massage my feet but because of spinal stenosis I can't bend down to get to my feet and becasue of arthritis I cannot "bring them up to meet me" But all is well - the four wheel
rolater is the best invention in years.

@marthadean The best thing for you to get is a foot massager it will get the blood circulating in your feet. I am still doing some threatments with a nerve clinic for Neuropathy and the very same viberater they use I bought it's the very best I got it on Amazon $360 called a "MED MASSAGER" . I have through the clinic purchased a Laser and also a electric foot stimulator with stick pads and electrical wires to the control the massager I use before the other devices!!!!

@waters Have your doctor check your potassium levels during a blood test. Or just tell him about the cramps & you need some. Age 71. Mine got very low the last few years and I get cramps a lot. He gave me a script for potassium. Now I also need furosimide for fluid. Dr. said do not take one without taking a potassium. You lose lots of potassium when you pee. I also have numbish feet, like walking on pillows. Just got a vibration plate yesterday. Seeing if it helps my circulation in my feet & legs.
