@waters Have your doctor check your potassium levels during a blood test. Or just tell him about the cramps & you need some. Age 71. Mine got very low the last few years and I get cramps a lot. He gave me a script for potassium. Now I also need furosimide for fluid. Dr. said do not take one without taking a potassium. You lose lots of potassium when you pee. I also have numbish feet, like walking on pillows. Just got a vibration plate yesterday. Seeing if it helps my circulation in my feet & legs.
