Clobetasol can further affect osteoporotic bone.
Sadly, millions of women use a tube a month for Lichen Sclerosus on/in the vulva. I did for years, but have no osteoporosis. Now I use Ozonated Coconut Oil, and SBD cream.
Attaching one article regarding Clobetasol.

@2thfairy THANK YOU! That was my concern & many Dr's don't seem to know. As a patient with osteoporosis, I very much appreciate your insight! 🇨🇦

You would not be at any risk unless you were using more than an ounce applied to your skin each week for many weeks. This should be controlled by the he prescribing doctor. Ask your physician for more information if you are susceptible.

@seniormed I would agree. Clobetazol in large amounts may be bad for your bones, but if you use the medicine sparingly, you should be okay. Lichen sclerosis is bad for your bones too, but don’t go overboard using the clobetazol in hopes in hopes of stopping the lichen sclerosis! You’ll be in a whirlwind of misery!
