We saw the oncologist and my husband said to her that hw will accept the radiotherapy but has decided not to have further treatment as in chemo and immunotherapy, she replied that she thought it was a wise choice. I and our family felt relief when she said that as we were concerned if he was making the right choice. He is content with his decision and just wants to enjoy as much life as he can while he can. He is in a lot of pain especially with his hip so his meds will be increased. His fetal adenocarcinoma is H FLAC, very aggressive apparently. 🙏

@gprior, the important part is that he is content with the decision. It’s hard when we may not always agree with the patient, but it’s ultimately his decision. I wish he had received better news. This is a tough diagnosis. I hope the pain subsides so you can both enjoy some time doing whatever it is that you enjoy together. Sending hugs.
