@merpreb my son in law, age 62 facing same issue. Now hospitalized for pain control from spine Mets from adenocarcinoma Rt lung developed 5 years after ground glass lesion discovered in Rt upper lobe. The primary developed here.

@drrws , I'm sorry to hear that your family is facing this disease. It can be unpredictable and painful. I'm assuming that he was being monitored over the past five years. Is he scheduled for any treatments, other than the pain management? Hopefully they can get the cancer under control, and that will give him some pain relief too.
