@cindyw9999 I am sorry to read that your blood pressure meds made you dizzy. Anytime we add something to the medicine mix our body chemistry seems to change. I am prediabetic and find carbs will often make me a little dizzy - even whole wheat sugar free products - I avoid almost all carbs unless they are with a good protein, as you probably have done for a long time. If you are under the care of someone whose specialty is diabetes, may I suggest an appointment or a phone call or a patient portal entry? Tell the doctor who prescribed the blood pressure meds as well. A hope this is resolved very soon.

I am also on verapamil, and i have bouts of dizziness, i know what you mean , i wonder how a person can tell if they are dizzy due to medication or to the heart having problem circulating oxygenated blood?
