@susiewordsmith I am impressed with your BMI reduction! I do not know anything about Wegovy or any other medication I have never taken, but is it possible that one's body needs time to adjust to its presence? You may consider speaking with a dietician/nutritionist who may be able to help with your meal planning. Good Luck!
