I have just recently had 2 strokes in my cerebellum about 4-5 weeks ago. The only complication that I have is hat lingers is dizziness and boy is it terrible. I’m. 44 years old and no health issues up until this....no smoking,alcohol or any of the other factors. I want so bad to get back to my old self! I have gone thru inpatient therapy and currently have home healthcoming out.everyone says the brain s “plastic”. And it will heal over time me because I’m young,

I do/did not have dizziness too bad, at least to the point where it affected my day to day so much, more getting back my motor skills with my right side. The thing for me is I found everything gets better over time and with work (rehab). I continue to work at those things that still are not as easy as pre-stroke 11 months later. Getting close, but still am not my old self, not sure what the new norm will be. Be patient and focus on the gains you make!
