Belly pain, cramps and painful gas months after Whipple: Thoughts?

I had the whipple almost 3 months and have bad cramps almost every day.
Lots of painful gas. Still losing weight.

Hi, I had my whipple procedure June of 2025 and lost about 20 lbs. I am taking Creon every time I eat which could be 1 - 2 Tablets 12, 000 DR -H Cap. and eat 4 times a day sometimes small meals and sometimes larger meals. I do have a bowel movement every day which I am grateful no diarrhea. I do have pains in my stomach and wondering if I should be on a higher dosage. I am seeing 24, 000 and 36,000 for some of you. My weight has finally moved up about 4 lbs, but I am still too skinny (126) . How long does it take to get back to what I should be around 145. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks

I also am not gaining any weight back. I initially lost 5 pounds after surgery and have not been able to gain any of it back. It has been over 3 months since whipple. My doctor said I may not gain any of it back. Not sure why. I am eating more.
