White fog after shutting off light.
Hello, I have posted on several groups because I have a number of issues. I hope they might all be a part of a neurological problem I am being tested for. However, I am having a strange eye experience. I coulld find nothing online so I hope maybe someone here can give me some information. Lately when I shut off my bedroom light to go to sleep, it is like the room is filled with a whit fog, the window light is shut out. In a few minutes the fog goes away and it is normal. I am wondering if this is an eye problem or in my brain. Thanks for any thoughts.

I know this is a simple answer but I have experienced this when I would go to sleep. But what I realized is the amount of humidity in the room.

I setup a humidifier and I was surprised how much water was in the bucket. And the humidifier continued to collect water for a few hours.

The fog disappeared, so I set the humidifier to collect the water when the humidity built up.

@sheilajean Thanks for sharing this interesting solution! Teresa
Thank you. That may be. A doctor told me to put one in my room that adds humidity. So it may be that I have a lot of moisture that is causing the fog.
