Has anyone had Prostate Artery Embolization?

I am coming up on 4 years post PAE, end of February. I cannot have wished for a better outcome. Still working like I was 30, I’m 70ish.

First week was rough then easy sailing like a wind was at my back. Large prostate, still large but easy voiding and mostly complete emptying. Has to be because when I get up in the morning I could void as much as 24 ounces, sometimes more. Yes, I measure as it is my guide for any regression. My doc is impressed. My IPSS is 1 because I do get up once a night after 4-5 hours. Then I drink 5 gulps of water. I am an aging athlete and have excellent health, no meds, and mostly plant based diet, but do eat eggs and fish. I’ve researched this to death and decided it was best option for me. If and when it wanes I will not hesitate to have it again. If it doesn’t work the 2nd time I will look at other options, probably the HOLEP.
