@vivoconte Hola. Sorry my written español is bad.
Just remember that everyone has different experiences. I was on HU for about 3 years started at 500 mg/d and progressed to 2000 mg/d. Platelets always remained high. In the end in a 30 day period I lost 30 lbs and all my blood markers were below normal. At that point switched to Jakafi at 5 mg 2x/d. Now at 15, but plt still above normal.
