I would love to know this as well. I have intermittent pinching in my cervical vertebra, and have been in acute pain for the last 4 days. My vertigo symptoms just started (never experienced them before) and it seems possible that they are connected. Would love some information.

@angels4everyone I have been dealing with debilitating vertigo for going on 3:years and this is something I have not heard of or considered. I will pay attention. I did have a pinch nerve. Also wondering if 5 g , TMJ (atlas bone was out), EMDR online (pt eye movements are similar), lack of hormones, lack of vit d and b, allergies, hashimoto's could be factors for me. Stress and heat make it worse.

I have had vertigo off and on for years, decades actually. I’ve also broken my neck, and experience dizziness when I move my head to look up at the sky or at other times.
I went to a natural Dr who told me to try the Epley Maneuver. It is game changing and cost was nothing. If I were you, I would at least try it? It may need to be repeated 3 times in a half hour ( procedure itself only takes about 2-3 minutes). If it doesn’t work, no harm done.. but if it does, then you have another tool in your belt of taking care of yourself.
There are different positions for the Epley Maneuver, I’m 63 and do the easiest one. It’s also called Somersault Maneuver for vertigo..
Best wishes!
