Possible PPPD in 13 year old
I have been dizzy since 2022, and seeing clear-ish grey black lines around tall objects [ like a street light or person] very rarely though, like 3 times in 2 months. The dizzy stuff is like a wane and wax of intensity and time in-between them. They last 1 sec to 3 minutes, it's not vertigo, could be non spinning vertigo. I have the same triggers and symptoms as a person with PPPD [ i have anxiety also] but mine are short. I did go to a doctor and he said it's just puberty??? No explanation, it felt like he didn't care. That was like 2024 and they have gotten worse, I have fallen 5 times and many times stumbled. After a episode my head hurts and I feel dizzy, I can't really say what my vision looks like because I am often too focused on the feeling but I would say that it's like shapes and colors " watercolors together " this doesn't effect my everyday life but it's annoying and hurts, many people don't understand why I will need to sit down or I stop walking. :[ I think it's something vestibular. Thanks for reading.

@daphnedoodle It is hard to convince someone you have a real health issue at 13 because it is so uncommon. My daughter is a very experienced nurse in high school, and she has a series of questions that she asks students with similar symptoms. Can you answer them for us?
What time of day does this usually happen? Where?
What do you eat and drink for breakfast? Do you drink coffee, energy drinks or other caffeine?
How much water and food do you consume throughout the day?
How much sleep do you get at night?
Do these incidents happen when you are under stress at home, at school, or with your friends?
