Anyone had experience with OsteoStrong, who is not a franchisee?

Has anyone had experience with OsteoStrong? It suggests you will get a large increase in bone density while using their facility 10 minutes per WEEK. Somewhat pricey at $99 and up per month, but am curious if anyone who is NOT a franchisee, has experienced this program?

My first DEXA scan was in October 2023 and my second DEXA scan was in December 2025. Corresponding results were:
Oct 2023: -3.3, -2.2, -2.5, -2.3, -3.0
Dec 2025: -2.3, -2.1, -2.2, -2.0, -2.5
Improvement!! Only one finding was still in the Osteoporosis category, at -2.5.

I had one Reclast infusion in Oct 2024 and began weekly OsteoStrong appointments in May 2024. I take 600 mg of algae calcium plus vitamin D3, and also a regular women's multi. I'm inconsistent on exercise and strength training, but working on it. I am in my upper 60s.
I have no way of knowing exactly what has contributed to my improvement, but I will continue with OsteoStrong even though I have to pay for it. The appointments are quick and easy. I'm going to wait on a second Reclast infusion for now due to concerns about specific side effects.

Correction: The Reclast infusion was in April 2024, not October.

@shail the only vibration plates that have any clinical trials showing some bmd improvement are the low intensity vibration plates like Juvent and one other manufacturer whose name I can’t remember. Juvent is expensive. As to weightlifting, the only scientifically proven program is based on the LIFTMOR clinical trial and it is called Onero. Check their website for locations in US. They are run by licensed pts or dpts.

@cobb The other one you may be thinking of is Marodyne.

I am fortunate to have an Onero program near me (and I found it via ChatGPT after months of looking and coming up empty).

Lisa Moore, DPT, has wonderful exercise programs available on YouTube at no cost. In this particular video, she demonstrates the LIFTMOR exercises and provides variations you can do at home. My only hesitancy in providing this link is that you really need someone to monitor your form if you are going to do the free weights, but I think the options would be just fine as long as you pay attention to her instructions. Hope this helps.
