Lichen sclerosis diagnosis correct?

I have been diagnosed with LS by my dermatologist. Put on clobetasol which calmed down the itchiness & inflammation. I have a sore or blister that hasn’t calmed down. Will the clobetasol help this? If so how long will it take? Any suggestions?

@andwho I don’t know if it will heal bumps or blisters. I have bumps that have not healed after 7 months on clobetasol. It does keep the burning and itching under control.
