Has Anyone taking Camzyos Experienced Higher Blood Pressure Readings?

Hi all, I have started Camzyos 1 month ago and just had my first ECHO since starting, my gradient pressure has gone from 214 to 12!!! I think that is excessive, but their excuse for this was that it probably wasn't really 214 but over 100 due to my extreme contractability. My blood pressure has also gone up since I've been on Camzyos, they just want to refer me to my primary cardio, the Heart Failure Clinic really doesn't seem to have answers or solution to anything.

@cash298 I'd never experienced BP problems until Camzyos. I've been on it for approximately 7 months. Gradient under 30 now. A vast improvement. However, about 3 weeks into my Camzyos regimen, I developed high blood pressure. It's been quite a challenge to try to get my BP regulated. I'm still not there, but frankly. it's left me wondering if I made the right decision. The improved gradient is a good thing, but this day to-day battle with BP is a struggle. Would love to hear from someone who has experienced a similar experience.

@cash298 I was told that when Camzyos is working, it often results in an elevated BP (from your baseline) since your heart is now working better and pumping adequate (more) blood from your left ventricle. Minor tweaks by your cardiac team to your blood pressure meds should help.
