Greetings to everyone. I have an update for my story and my smoldering multiple myeloma diagnosis which began back in February of 2025, MGUS began in Sept 2021. Today I will be receiving my second full dose of linvoseltamab for the clinical trial I am participating in at Dana Farber C1D1 Protocol 24-135. Today they will begin to lower the Dexamethasone and Benadryl and shorten the infusion time. I am tolerating the treatment well and so far so good. It’s a great team all round, I am grateful to have this happening and I am also realizing this is a full time job. All hands on deck and time to keep my eye on the ball until the end of the treatment phase. I am sending out good thoughts to everyone on this site and will update again once I get to the monthly doses.

Many thanks,
Brian

Good morning.
I am now past cycle 1 and have had two monthly doses and there are three remaining. So much to share and consider. I do have a question for folks. How have you handled deeply suppressed iga and igm immunoglobulins? I am receiving Privigen IV infusions to support IGg and that is a big help. From my understanding the iga and igm are my front line defense against Respiratory viral and bacterial infections. I am concerned and have really limited my exposure to public spaces and gatherings and I also know isolation is not helpful either.
Many thanks.
