Thank you for answering.
The clobetasol has calmed down the itchiness & inflammation but I still have a sore that is still bothering me. Have you experienced that and what might help.
My vulva still gets inflamed.

1 ReactionI use Clobetasol ointment, I rinse off with warm water after urinating pat dry. I also use Aquaphor on sore area before urinating to help with the burning. My doctor gave me Prednisone for 10 days and that cleared up the sore I had that was hard to get healed up. It worked but I didn't like side effects of medicine, but she wanted to get the inflammation down so it would heal and not scar, and it healed up after few days.

1 Reaction@echapman thank you for this helpful information. I found the company site. I see several products. The two salves are slightly different, one green label (without jojoba) and one blue label (with jojoba) and one is a spray oil serum. Did one work better than another if you've tried any of the varieties offered? I'd like to know before paying all that money. Thank you!

1 Reaction@njh516 I'd start with the green regular salve. I like them all and will switch between them. The serum is good for hard to get to areas, but I use the salve regularly. You don't need to use very much so it'll last awhile. The tea also makes a great sitz bath.
