Red light therapy
Hi, I’m 62 yr old female with multiple issues, Hasimotos, neuropathy and lung and heart issues. I joined a gym for the first time and they offer Beauty Angel red light therapy with my membership. I have been using it 12 minutes, 3 times a week like recommended. Has anyone tried and had luck with this.

Hi Becky, I’m new here and hoping you can help me with something. Is it possible to search for a person who’s posted? I actually joined because I was reading about this lady diagnosed with EM and her symptoms were exactly what I’ve been going through for 4 years. The post was from 2022 and I’d like to know if she’s found any relief. I did reply to said post but will I get notified if she answers/replies? Thanks in advance for your time.

1 ReactionMy husband used it for healing muscles from injuries caused by myositis. His rehab doctor said studies show it promotes healing. I’m now using it at home for a knee injury

2 ReactionsI haven't found any gyms that provide the more powerful infrared light therapy needed to address deeper pain and healing. Make sure the red light therapy you're using includes infrared light for deeper tissue treatment. Tons of info on YouTube.

3 Reactions@sherlong11 How do the red light pads available through Novalab or Magellan compare? I have a few and I enjoy the heat, but wondering if they are worth it.

1 ReactionI have been suffering with Long Covid for over 3 years now. So far, to treat this I’ve had Acupuncture, 7 Stellate Ganglion Block Injections and am currently wearing a 7 mg Nicotine Patch and having Green/Red Violet Laser Light Therapy through my Chiropractor’s office in Geneva, Il. I lost my taste and smell with this dreadful virus and am using this light therapy to regain it. I have noticed some days, I can smell more often, quick whiffs of certain things like a candle burning or my coffee grounds or a quick whiff of my perfume. It doesn’t last and that’s how it’s been for a long time. Make sure it’s Green “Violet” Laser Light Therapy. There is a difference. I also suffer from Hashimoto’s and Hypothyroidism. I have eliminated several foods from my diet to control the Hashimoto’s and it has helped quite a bit. I wish you much success with this light therapy you’re having, but again, make sure it’s Green Violet Laser Light Therapy, not just green light therapy.

1 ReactionMy doctor told me to avoid red light therapy while on prednisone. Red light therapy stimulates the immune system and the prednisone is taken to reduce an immune response, so she was concerned about the interaction between the two.
