Fat grafting or Botox to relief pain & tightness after treatment?
I had radiation and chemo for SCC on the base of my tongue and a few lymph nodes. Has anyone had fat grafting or Botox injections to relieve pain and tightness? If yes, what are your about the effectiveness of the treatments.

That's a bummer. I just wished they could come up with something to help us out. I do know that the more I move and try to do things the better it is. It does seem to help some. But there are days that are just difficult.
