Great resource for learning about osteoporosis
Someone posted this on Reddit, and I felt compelled to share it. He's spent years dealing with osteoporosis and learning as much as he can. Being technically inclined, he organized everything he learned into a complete primer on a Web site. I read it, and it's really well done. If you are new to this, it's a great way to get started.

3 ReactionsWho is the source for this guide? Sounds like Kevin Ellis? I've been trying to locate a facility that offers REM testing but apparently in Virginia, there are none. There is one in Maryland but I can't get them to call me back. Anyone have any suggestions for places in or near VA?
