Methotrexate And CLIPPERS

Posted by consultcjs @consultcjs, Feb 15, 2025

After months of steroid treatment, my husband is starting to take Methotrexate to help his CLIPPERS. Is anyone else taking this for CLIPPERS? If so, what kind of side effects, if any, did you experience and how soon did they begin after taking the Methotrexate? Did the side effects subside eventually or did they continue?

Hello

My doctor is starting me on the same Methotrexate starting in January 2026. I would be interested in feedback. I have been in Prednisone for 1.5 years. I am ready for the change.

I had my first 2 transfusions with Rituxan (truxima is a generic) this month. I had no reactions at all. Feeling so much better and I highly recommend talking to your doctor about it. I am reducing my intake from Prednisone completely. No dizziness but balance is still a minor issue. I am a 69 diabetic male.
