Has anyone found a treatment that helps with peripheral neuropathy?

I suspect that everyone on this forum has been searching for a medication that helps their neuropathy and even though you no that all the internet claims are false we continue to waste hundreds of pounds. Desperation is a powerful force. Has any one been fortunate enough to find a genuine treatment. I just can’t believe that there are so many awful people who prey on our vulnerability and knowingly orchestrate such elaborate scams.

Although it takes many months to show improvement, definitely Sanexas treatments have helped me. When treatments don't happen for a month, am noticing definitely a return of the neuropathy.

I take Alpha Lipoid Acid. It is the same thing that is in the over the counter meds for nerves, but it is stronger. I take 600mg now. I get it at amazon, Walmart also has it, but it is not as strong. you can increase the strength any time and it does not bother you. Be sure to take with food. It might make your stomach burn a little, but you can rinse it down with water or eat. It is cheaper than the nerve meds over the counter.
The problem I have is that I feel like I have socks on. It is so weird. Don't like the feeling and I can't get rid of it. Does anyone else have this problem? God Bless yall. Fay

@faybe
I am having success with Stonehenge's Dynamic Nerve. I take 3 pills a day. It is expensive though. I am able to sleep most nights. I also find that I need to apply ice packs over the top of my feet to quiet the pain some nights before I go to bed, and some nights need to keep the ice on to fall asleep.
Has anyone else tried this method?
Dan

I can only share what helped me. I had multiple health issues with the neuropathy being one of the first 9 years ago. I started walking regularly even though it was painful. I was so afraid of it getting worse....Took some time but I don't have the pain anymore. If Im lazy or sick for a week I can feel it coming back. I take Vitamin B12 also. With my other stomach/ digestion /immune issues I've been on a diet and lost 60 pounds. So it was probably a combination. But I believe the walking helped the most as I was still heavy when it started to go away I wish you all of the best and hope you feel better soon.

@lindabyrne38 I would love to walk but have many back issues as well as leg and foot neurophy. I take B12 as well as lots of other vitamins
I'm taking 2 Calcium Citrate a day and the pain in the legs has lessened, but not in my feet.
My feet are painful which makes it harder to walk.

Since suffering from trigeminal neuralgia, I learned via internet that our nerves loose insulating fat( myelin) . Then there is pain. I now take METHYLCOBALAMIN ( B12) to recoat my nerves.Alcohol slows absorption of B12
