@bbuck he called it mildly elevated and said it's common with HCM and recommended me to have them yearly now so that we can see the direction it's going in. Next time though I am having the test before the Echo, with all the holding of breath and breathing instructions I wouldn't be surprised if that triggered elevated levels. So I have put it at the back of my mind now whilst I still have no apparent symptoms and await the next test.
