Thanks for your reply, my throat seems better now but my ear issues continue. I keep rinsing and spraying. I can pop my ears sometimes and it hurts. Like I mentioned the ct of my head only showed effusion on the left mastoid and possible cholesteatoma in the prussak space. I've had issues with this left ear before and the tympanomatry test is never normal. That doesn't explain the right ear. The doctors are all saying it's got fluid as well but not near as much as the left ear. I'm seeing the ent this Wed. Although I've had 3 family doctors telling me it's not cancer and the ct not showing anything in the nasophynx, I'm still concerned.
