@treeck12 I was offered an operation to remove the membrane, but when I found out that I would have to be face down for 48 hours afterwards, probably, I cancelled it, as I live alone. It has gotten worse for me, but for some people, it stays the same. At some point, I will probably have to get it done. Apparently, though, the operation can not return the original level of vision. Good luck, I hope you find out the cause if it is not the macular membrane one.
