High TSH and high T4

For almost one year I’m having results come back at varying times with both high TSH and T4 which contradict one another. High TSH Hypothyroidism (which I’ve been for 26 years) and high T4 indicates hyperthyroidism. My endocrinologist and her team act like they’ve never seen this. My health has declined steadily since this cycle started 11 months ago.

But if it affects the test results wouldn’t that also affect the uptake of synthroid?

My wife have that throuble before and during medication of cortizone To remove myxoedema now it is ok, the problem it is antibody. Like nothing occur alone the trigger it is virus, during your life You catch and meet so many deseases after recovery you stay with inside your body systeme
