Nodules on your lungs do not necessarily mean that you have lung cancer. Here is some information about lung nodules; according to this article by Mayo Clinic “most lung nodules are noncancerous (benign).” Read more here: http://mayocl.in/2hf0oJm

Since the follow up CT scan shows the same nodule and a new one, what is the next step? Are you going for more tests?
