Hello, can anyone recommend a medication or topical treatment for Non-Diabetic-Peripheral Neuropathy, foot and calf cramps. I get them all day and all night. If you can recommend a Specialist in the Antioch, Northern-Illinois, area too, thank you!

Hi, Paul.

That's encouraging and great to hear! What is the brand/name of the"Nerve Support" pills? How do I check it out? I'm glad it works for you! Thank you.

Acupuncture gave me some relief in my footpad but then tips of both feet and fingers got worse. I am having problems with my balance walking, opening jars, dropping things because I no longer have the gripping strength.
I tried massage as well as acupuncture and it was soothing but not long lasting.
Even the 20% dose reduction didn’t help:(

@mtstack - I have tried the Lifewave patches most times they work. It is a chinese medical patch they claim is like Acupuncher using their pressure points But with out needles. The biggest draw back of these patches I find there is several different patches for different parts of the body and are very expense and only good for twelve hours.

I would strongly recommend 500 mg of magnesium for leg cramps (which I’ve taken for years). Rarely get leg cramps now.

I read a post yesterday. The individual tightened the muscles in there legs and held it a few seconds for neuropathy in the feet. Release and repeat. I've been doing this and feel it is making a difference. Maybe it will work to eliminate it. I hope so. So far so good! No drugs, or miracle pills. No herbs or spices. No half an hour video. Just a simple exercise.

@tbucksr Thank you so very much for this information. I like the idea of no drugs, no miracle pill, and no herbs. I'll give it a try for the next couple of evenings. Thanks again.

@donhills2113 I won't go back to the gabapentin ... too disorienting for me. But CBD is helpful and I'll give the Voltaren a try. I hadn't thought of applying something to the soles of my feet LOL. Thanks! ✌️❤️

@pamfitz What kind of CBD do you use? I've never tried it.
